What would do if you woke up one day, & were told that your life as you know it, would never be the

same? If you were diagnosed with a progressive, debilitating disease, one in which, while, somewhat

manageable, there is no current cure? Bob Benjamin received that news one fateful day 12 years ago

and, instead of withdrawing from the world and his family & friends, he chose to fight. With more

than a little help from his friends, The Light of Day foundation was started to help raise money

for the research of Parkinson's Disease, and to help find a cure for the 50,000 - 60,000 new people

diagnosed with the disease each year.

What began as a birthday party for Bob to help raise money for Parkinson's, has now grown into a

global phenomenon of annual concerts & benefits, that stretches from the New Jersey shores to

Glasgow, Scotland. Through the music and interviews of musicians and friends,...

Not only is it informative, there's so much heart and soul to this story, it just increased my admiration for Bob Benjamin and all the wonderful musicians who keep Light of Day glowing, well done
